Dolphins 38, Raiders 14: Ryan Tannehill put midweek speculation to rest by throwing for two touchdowns and Lamar Miller rushed for two more as Miami mauled Oakland in London.

After coach Joe Philbin stopped short of naming him the starter during the week, Tannehill completed 17-of-19 first-half passes and finished 23-of-31 for 278 yards. Mike Wallace and tight end Dion Sims reeled in the scoring strikes and Miller finished with 64 yards for the Dolphins (2-2), who have won five in a row against the Raiders and 11 of 12 overall.

Oakland rookie Derek Carr (16-of-25, 146 yards) tossed a 3-yard touchdown pass to tight end Brian Leonhardt to open the scoring before exiting with an MCL and high-ankle sprains in the third quarter. Matt McGloin threw a 22-yard scoring strike to Andre Holmes in the fourth for the Raiders, who are mired in their third 0-4 start since joining the NFL and dropped their 10th straight dating to last season.

Wallace hauled in a swing pass from Tannehill and bulled his way into the end zone from 10 yards out to give Miami a 10-7 lead early in the second quarter. Miller extended the lead with a 9-yard score and Sims' diving catch catch on Tannehill's 18-yard touchdown pass capped a nine-play drive with 1:53 remaining in the opening half.

Miller fumbled at the goal line on Miami's first drive of the third but made good on his next chance after being set up by Brent Grimes' interception. McGloin relieved an injured Carr and promptly saw a shotgun snap go awry, leading to cornerback Cortland Finnegan's 50-yard fumble return for a touchdown.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Oakland WR James Jones led his team in both receptions (six) and yards (83) after labeling the contest as a "must win" for his struggling club. ... Miami recorded three interceptions after being held without one in its first three games. ... Raiders RB Maurice Jones-Drew rushed twice for one yard in his return from a two-game absence following right hand surgery. Jones-Drew has carried the ball 11 times for 12 yards this season since being acquired from Jacksonville in the offseason.
