Thunder 116, Grizzlies 100: Russell Westbrook tallied 27 points, nine assists and six rebounds as visiting Oklahoma City cruised to its 12th win in 13 games.

Kevin Durant scored 18 points and Jeremy Lamb added a career-high 18 off the bench for the Thunder, who have won five of their last six road games. Reggie Jackson scored 17 in a reserve role and Serge Ibaka added 12 for Oklahoma City, which shot 56.3 percent to overcome 21 turnovers.

Mike Conley scored 20 points and dished out nine assists to lead the Grizzlies, who have lost seven of their last nine at home to fall to 5-8 on the season at FedExForum. Zach Randolph collected 17 points and eight rebounds and Jon Leuer added 17 points off the bench for Memphis.

The lead never dipped below 13 points in the second half, even as the Grizzlies were far more efficient at the offensive end. The Thunder went 12-of-20 from the field in the third quarter to maintain a comfortable cushion and the reserves never allowed Memphis to threaten in the fourth quarter.

The Grizzlies led by five early before going more than four minutes between field goals as Oklahoma City reeled off a 16-1 run to take control. Memphis regained the lead at 30-29 on Mike Miller's 3-pointer 1:39 into the second quarter, but the Thunder used a 10-0 spurt to open a 57-42 halftime lead.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Oklahoma City G Thabo Sefolosha (sprained knee) missed his second consecutive game, while Grizzlies F Ed Davis (ankle) missed his second straight game and G Tony Allen (hip) sat out for the fourth straight contest. … The Thunder held a 42-33 edge on the boards and improved to 13-1 when outrebounding their opponent. … Oklahoma City has topped 100 points in five straight games and seven of the last eight.
