Bulls 93, 76ers 82: Joakim Noah posted a triple-double with 23 points, 21 rebounds and a career-best 11 blocked shots to lead host Chicago to a much-needed victory.

Carlos Boozer collected 21 points and 12 rebounds and Kirk Hinrich added 15 points for the Bulls, who snapped a two-game skid and improved to 5-8 in February to stop their slide down the Eastern Conference standings, at least temporarily.

Jrue Holliday scored 22 points and Spencer Hawes contributed 20 points and 15 rebounds for Philadelphia, which has lost a season-high seven straight overall and has dropped nine in a row on the road.

The 76ers held their last lead at 24-23 early in the second quarter before Jimmy Butler's basket put the Bulls in front for good with 10:25 left in the half. Philadelphia kept it close the rest of the way and was within 75-71 with 7:07 left but couldn't close the gap any further.

Noah notched his third career triple-double and his second of the season with his 10th block on a Hawes drive with just over six minutes left, and he scored seven points in the fourth quarter, including a three-point play that made it 83-71 with 4:47 remaining.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Noah is the first Bulls player to record a triple-double involving blocks since Artis Gilmore on Dec. 20, 1977. … Philadelphia has lost seven straight for the first time since 2009 and has not scored 100 points in any of its last 12 games. … The Bulls completed a season sweep of the 76ers for the first time since going 4-0 against them in 1996-97.
