Richard Hamilton had 27 points and Rodney Stuckey added 24 as the host Detroit Pistons scored 11 consecutive points in the third quarter to pull away for a 102-92 victory over the stumbling Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday.

Hamilton and Stuckey combined for nine of 11 points in the third-quarter run, which turned a 55-55 tie into a 66-55 Pistons lead.

Hamilton started it with a fastbreak layup and he ended it with a 3-pointer. The Cavs went scoreless for more than three minutes during the run as the Pistons took control.

The Cavaliers tried climbing back in the fourth quarter, but shot just 6 of 22 in the quarter to lose their fourth straight.

Tayshaun Prince had 20 points and Ben Gordon added 12 off the bench as the Pistons ended their own four-game skid.

Antawn Jamison had 22 points off the bench and Mo Williams had 14 points and 10 assists for the Cavalierss, who have lost consecutive games to last-place teams. Cleveland lost by 34 at Minnesota on Saturday.
