Anthony Cirelli has become one of the most dependable players on both ends of the ice for Tampa Bay, and the 22-year-old center hopes to follow up a heroic performance with another strong effort when the Lightning host the Dallas Stars on Thursday. Cirelli split two defenders and scored on a breakaway while falling with 19 seconds left in overtime to give Tampa Bay a much-needed 4-3 victory over Ottawa on Tuesday.
Buffalo at Philadelphia 7:00 PM ET
Captain Jack Eichel bids to match a franchise-record 18-game point streak on Thursday when the Buffalo Sabres visit the Philadelphia Flyers. Eichel has recorded 31 points (16 goals, 15 assists) during his impressive 17-game run, which resides one shy of Gilbert Perreault's point streak set from Oct. 24-Dec. 4, 1971.

The Los Angeles Kings and Columbus Blue Jackets are making modest strides in their bids to pull themselves up from near the bottom of their respective divisions. The Kings and Blue Jackets will each vie for their third straight victory and and look to extend their point streak to six games at the other's expense on Thursday when they meet in Columbus, Ohio.

The Nashville Predators cited the importance of the team's current four-game road trip before even taking a step outside of Music City. The Predators responded with two impressive victories to start a trek that continues in Canada's capital against the Ottawa Senators on Thursday.
Chicago at Winnipeg 8:00 PM ET
Teams do not necessarily react the same after a blowout loss and the Winnipeg Jets are no exception as they try for their seventh straight victory over the visiting Chicago Blackhawks on Thursday. Winnipeg was crushed by Carolina 6-3 on Tuesday with coach Paul Maurice telling reporters: "It’s different for the environment you’re in, how you think your team is playing, what you got coming up.”
Carolina at Colorado 9:00 PM ET
Carolina finished the Canadian portion of its road trip without a regulation loss and the Hurricanes look to extend their point streak to seven games when they visit the red-hot Colorado Avalanche on Thursday night. The Hurricanes went 3-0-1 in Western Canada after knocking off Winnipeg 6-3 on Tuesday and complete the road swing in Denver, where the Avalanche are 10-3-2.
Montreal at Calgary 9:00 PM ET
The Calgary Flames won their first seven games with Geoff Ward behind the bench but have hit their first rough patch under their interim coach with back-to-back losses at home. The Flames will look to earn salvage a split of a four-game homestand on Thursday night when they host the Montreal Canadiens, who have won the last three in the series.

Taylor Hall plays in front of the Arizona faithful for the first time when the Coyotes welcome the Minnesota Wild on Thursday. Hall, the 2018 Hart Trophy winner who was acquired from New Jersey on Monday, has already paid dividends by assisting on the winning goal with 2:37 left in Tuesday's 3-2 victory at San Jose in his club debut.

The Vegas Golden Knights have found their footing following a stretch in which they won only three times in 13 games, closing within one point of the Pacific Division lead in the wake of an 8-2-1 stretch. The Golden Knights go for their fourth straight win overall and second in five nights against Vancouver when they visit the Canucks on Thursday night.
