Colorado at Toronto 7:00 PM ET
Mikko Rantanen made his presence felt in a return to the lineup last time out and the Colorado Avalanche could get a few more key players back when they begin a three-game road trip against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday night. St. Louis at Pittsburgh 8:00 PM ET
The St. Louis Blues have endeared themselves to the residents of the Gateway City with their spirited play at home, but their recent run on the road has been nothing short of spectacular. Ottawa at Edmonton 9:30 PM ET
Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl - the league leaders in points - play in front of the home crowd Wednesday when the Pacific Division-leading Edmonton Oilers take on the slumping Ottawa Senators. McDavid (19 goals, 32 assists) and Draisaitl (18 and 32) became the first teammates since Pittsburgh's Mario Lemieux, Jaromir Jagr and Ron Francis in 1995-96 to reach 50 points in less than 30 games to start a season after recording two apiece in a 3-2 victory over Vancouver on Sunday.
Washington at Los Angeles 10:00 PM ET
The first-place Washington Capitals try to continue steamrolling through their four-game road trip when they meet the Los Angeles Kings on Wednesday. Washington, which boasts a seven-point lead on the New York Islanders in the Metropolitan Division, started its trek with a 5-2 victory over Detroit before cooling off San Jose on Tuesday by the same score.
