Colorado at Toronto 7:00 PM ET
All-Star center Nathan MacKinnon and his Colorado Avalanche hope to continue impressive streaks when they visit the Toronto Maple Leafs on Monday to open a six-game road trip. The Avalanche have matched the second-longest winning streak in club history by capturing nine in a row while MacKinnon is just two points shy of the league lead with 59 as he enters the contest with a five-game goal-scoring streak and a nine-game point run.
Detroit at New Jersey 7:00 PM ET
The New Jersey Devils currently sit in second place in the Metropolitan Division, but if they continue to struggle as they have over their last nine games, the bottom of the standings is a real possibility in the near future. The Devils, who are in the midst of a five-season playoff drought, have won only two of their last nine contests (2-4-3) as they prepare to host the Detroit Red Wings on Monday.
Ottawa at Minnesota 8:00 PM ET
The Minnesota Wild conclude a four-game homestand Monday with hopes of extending their point streak to six contests when they host the Ottawa Senators. Minnesota is 2-0-1 on its stretch at Xcel Energy Center after improving to 3-0-2 in its last five overall with Saturday's 5-2 triumph over Tampa Bay.
Tampa Bay at Chicago 8:30 PM ET
The Tampa Bay Lightning are playing some of their worst hockey of the season while in the middle of the toughest stretch of their schedule and visit another struggling team on Monday, when they take on the Chicago Blackhawks. The Lightning lead the Eastern Conference with 65 points but are just 2-4-1 in their last seven games and have been outscored 14-4 during a season-high three-game losing streak.
Buffalo at Calgary 9:00 PM ET
The Calgary Flames had their winning streak halted last time out but still carry an eight-game point streak into Monday's contest against the visiting Buffalo Sabres. Calgary had won seven straight before beginning its three-game homestand with a 2-1 shootout loss to Winnipeg on Saturday.
NY Islanders at Arizona 9:00 PM ET
The New York Islanders got off to a rousing start on a three-game road trip and look to continue their recent success away from home Monday as they visit the Arizona Coyotes. New York posted its third straight road win following a seven-game slide in opposing arenas when it rolled past Chicago 7-3 on Saturday.
