New Jersey Tech at South Florida 7:00 PM ET
With a last-place finish in the American Athletic Conference a season ago behind it and three starters returning this season, USF's program appeared on the upswing. However, the Bulls blew a 14-point first-half lead in an 82-77 loss in the opener against Troy and will try to bounce back on Monday when upstart New Jersey Tech visits.
James Madison at West Virginia 7:00 PM ET
West Virginia's season opener was basically a dominant performance from start to finish. The Mountaineers take aim at James Madison on Monday in Charleston, WV seeking an equally strong effort - on both ends of the court.
Tennessee at Georgia Tech 7:00 PM ET
Georgia Tech coach Brian Gregory figured the impact of returning offensive contributors and incoming transfers would spark his team offensively, and the results in Friday’s season opener was the school’s highest-scoring performance in nearly 24 years. The Yellow Jackets host Tennessee on Monday in what figures to be a more pressing challenge for Georgia Tech, which used a 32-3 run and had seven players finish in double figures during Friday’s 116-81 rout of Cornell.
Louisiana-Lafayette at Miami-Florida 7:00 PM ET
Louisiana and Miami both showed why they entered the season with high expectations with one-sided victories against overmatched foes in their season openers. Now both teams will get their first true test Monday night at Miami in what figures to be an up-tempo and tightly contested game.
Elon University at Michigan 7:00 PM ET
Michigan looks to build on its season-opening win when it hosts Elon in the mainland portion of the Battle 4 Atlantis on Monday. The Wolverines pounded Division II Northern Michigan 70-44 to improve to 9-0 in season openers under head coach John Beilein.
Austin Peay at Indiana 7:00 PM ET
Indiana looks to build off a satisfying season-opening performance on both ends of the court when the 15th-ranked Hoosiers host Austin Peay on Monday night. James Blackmon Jr. scored 17 to lead a balanced offense in an 88-49 rout of Eastern Illinois on Friday night as Indiana matched its 2014-15 low for points allowed in a game.
Charlotte at East Carolina 7:00 PM ET
East Carolina coach Jeff Lebo will be shooting for his 300th win while his counterpart at Charlotte, Mark Price, will be aiming for his first. The two former standout guards will square off when the 49ers travels to East Carolina for a non-conference game on Monday.
MD Baltimore Cty at St. John's 7:00 PM ET
St. John's will try to start 2-0 under first-year coach Chris Mullin when the Red Storm hosts UMBC on Monday. St. John's won its season opener Friday 66-57 against visiting Wagner in its first game under Mullin, the school's career scoring leader who led the Red Storm to their last Final Four in 1985.
Virginia at George Washington 7:30 PM ET
Despite a slow start and an off game from preseason co-ACC Player of the Year Malcolm Brogdon, No. 6 Virginia proved it had more than enough in its opener to cruise to a lopsided victory. The Cavaliers take aim at their 14th consecutive non-conference win Monday when they square off against host George Washington for the second straight year.
Oral Roberts at South Carolina 7:30 PM ET
South Carolina coach Frank Martin hopes to wear down opponents this season with what he calls the deepest team he's had in his four years with the Gamecocks. That formula worked in its first game, and South Carolina will look to make it two straight when it hosts Oral Roberts on Monday.
No.Carolina A&T at Florida 8:00 PM ET
Florida overcame a slow start and showcased a tenacious defense in beating Navy 59-41 to begin the Mike White era; North Carolina A&T was no match for 24th-ranked Purdue in an 81-40 defeat. The Gators will look for an improved offensive performance in their new coach's first regular-season game in Gainesville.
Bradley at Arizona 8:00 PM ET
Arizona will try to extend the nation's longest home-winning streak to 40 games when the No. 10 Wildcats host Bradley on Monday night. No. 40 won't come easy for Arizona as Bradley is on an emotional high after coming from behind in the final minutes Friday to beat Ball State 54-53.
Chicago St. at Iowa St. 8:00 PM ET

New Iowa State coach Steve Prohm’s regular-season debut was a success as the Cyclones amped up their defense from a year ago and defeated Colorado 68-62 on Friday. Prohm and the No. 7 Cyclones, led by All-America candidate Georges Niang, will be tested by the high-powered offense of visiting Chicago State on Monday in a first-round Emerald Coast Classic game.

Arkansas-Pine Bluff at Oklahoma St. 8:00 PM ET
Oklahoma State is looking for a 2-0 start for the eighth straight year and the 18th time in 19 seasons when it hosts Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Monday. Odds are strong that the Cowboys, who opened the season with a 91-57 victory over Tennessee-Martin on Friday, will accomplish that feat as Oklahoma State is 23-0 all-time against teams from the Southwestern Athletic Conference and 4-0 all-time against the Golden Lions.
Gardner-Webb at Vanderbilt 8:00 PM ET
Vanderbilt has the potential to do some special things this season with a deep, talented roster and the Commodores look to continue their growth when Gardner-Webb pays a visit on Monday night. Luke Kornet recorded 13 points, 13 rebounds and four blocks in the opener as 20th-ranked Vanderbilt sprinted to a 21-0 lead and routed Austin Peay by 39 on Friday.
Georgia Southern at Mississippi 8:00 PM ET
Ole Miss coach Andy Kennedy has set some rather high standards for Stefan Moody, who took the SEC by storm last year and did not disappoint in his team’s season-opening win. After matching his career-high point total in his season debut, the preseason all-conference selection will set his sights on helping Kennedy continue his climb up an impressive list on Monday when the Rebels host Georgia Southern.
Southeastern Louisiana at Texas A&M 8:00 PM ET
Texas A&M looks to build on its impressive season-opening performance on Monday as the Aggies host Southeastern Louisiana, which began with a 90-77 loss at TCU. Freshman forward D.J. Southern at Mississippi St. 8:00 PM ET
Mississippi State was able to pull away in the second half for an easy win in its season opener, and the Bulldogs will look to keep that momentum going when they host Southern in a non-conference matchup Monday night. Trailing by three at halftime, coach Ben Howland's squad was able to earn an 18-point victory in his debut at the school.
Indiana - Purdue at Marquette 9:00 PM ET
If there were a way to practice finishing, Marquette would have been doing it leading up to Monday's game with visiting IUPUI. The Golden Eagles squandered a 21-point, 16-rebound debut by freshman Henry Ellenson and were outplayed in the closing minutes of both halves in seeing their streak of 16-straight season-opening wins snapped against Belmont on Friday.
Kennesaw St. at Louisiana State 9:00 PM ET
The LSU freshman class debuted with a bang on Friday night and will seek a strong encore performance Monday against visiting Kennesaw State. Ben Simmons is regarded as the best of the bunch and was efficient in his first college game, notching 11 points, 13 rebounds and five assists in an 81-70 triumph for the 19th-ranked Tigers against McNeese State.
Columbia at Kansas St. 9:00 PM ET

With six freshmen and one junior-college transfer on the roster, there are plenty of questions surrounding Kansas State and Bruce Weber’s squad. Some of those questions were answered in the Wildcats’ season-opening win against Maryland Eastern Shore, but Monday’s matchup against visiting Columbia, one of the favorites to win the Ivy League, should be a better indication of things to come.

San Diego St. at Utah 9:30 PM ET
Utah aims to end a six-game losing streak against visiting San Diego State on Monday when the two squads meet as part of ESPN's Tip-Off Marathon. The No. 16 Utes lost to the Aztecs 53-49 in San Diego last season but have won 29 of 33 home meetings against the Aztecs.
Monmouth-NJ at Southern California 10:00 PM ET
USC hopes to avoid the same embarrassing outcome suffered by cross-town rival UCLA when it hosts Monmouth on Monday. The Trojans, who defeated San Diego 83-45 in their season opener Friday, must be wary of the Hawks, who stunned UCLA 84-81 in overtime Friday.
Belmont at Arizona State 10:00 PM ET
Arizona State, which opened the Bobby Hurley era with a surprising 69-66 home loss to Sacramento State on Friday, now tackles one of college basketball's mid-major darlings when its hosts Belmont on Monday. The Bruins, who have made the NCAA tournament seven times in the past decade, served notice that they once again will be in the running for an Ohio Valley Conference title and spot in March Madness with a 83-80 upset at Marquette on Friday.
UC Santa Barbara at California 10:00 PM ET
It was only one game, but California justified the excitement surrounding the 14th-ranked Golden Bears with a dominant win over Rice in Friday’s season opener. Coach Cuonzo Martin’s team will look to build on the victory Monday against visiting UC Santa Barbara, which began with a 60-59 road win over Nebraska-Omaha.
Baylor at Oregon 11:30 PM ET
Instead of easing into the season with a series of lesser opponents, Baylor will immediately put its lofty preseason expectations to the test by visiting Oregon on Monday. The 21st-ranked Bears cruised to a home win over Stephen F. Austin in Friday’s opener but plan to get a much bigger challenge from the Ducks.
