With rumors swirling about the future of Wake Forest coach Danny Manning, the 12th-seeded Demon Deacons meet No. 13 Pitt on Tuesday in the ACC Tournament at the Greensboro (N.C.) Coliseum. There was a report posted last week that Manning, who has won one ACC Tournament game in his first five seasons and is 6-49 in ACC road games during his tenure, is negotiating a buyout of his contract that runs through 2024-25.
North Carolina at Virginia Tech 7:00 PM ET
Roy Williams could be excused if he decided enough was enough with his squad that will almost assuredly post a losing record for the first time in his distinguished coaching career and a potential No. 1 recruiting class on its way, but North Carolina isn't playing like a team ready to call it a year of late. The 14th-seeded Tar Heels hope to extend their season a bit longer Tuesday when they meet No. 11 seed Virginia Tech in the first round of the ACC Tournament in Greensboro, N.C.
St. Mary's at Gonzaga 9:00 PM ET
Second-ranked Gonzaga returns to the championship game of the West Coast Conference Tournament for a 23rd consecutive year Tuesday night. The Zags will be trying to cut down the nets for the 17th time during that span when they face the team that defeated them in last year's title game - third-seeded Saint Mary's - at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.
