Xavier has crawled back into the discussion for an at-large bid for the NCAA Tournament and hopes to boost its resume with a Big East road victory Monday at St. John's, which has lost 10 straight in the series. The Musketeers saw their three-game winning streak come to an end with a 66-61 setback at No. 20 Butler on Wednesday, losing out on a chance to even their conference record for the first time since they were 1-1.
North Carolina at Notre Dame 7:00 PM ET
Notre Dame hopes to recover from two straight tough losses - one in overtime and the other by rout - as it continues the quest for an NCAA Tournament bid Monday night when last-place North Carolina visits for an ACC battle. The Fighting Irish boast 15 wins and have six games left in the regular season, five against teams tied or below them in the league standings, after getting pounded 94-60 at seventh-ranked Duke on Saturday.
Iowa State at Kansas 9:00 PM ET
No. 3 Kansas has a mammoth game at top-ranked Baylor on Saturday and it hopes to keep pace with the Bears by knocking off visiting Iowa State on Monday. The Jayhawks haven't lost since a 67-55 setback against Baylor on Jan. 11, and their 10-game winning streak has them one game behind the first-place Bears with six to play.
