ECU has lost two in a row after a 76-64 setback at Temple while the Knights have lost three straight after scoring a season-low in a 64-48 debacle against local rival South Florida.

The dream season for Tulsa lives on as it sits alone at the top of the American Athletic Conference standings. When Connecticut comes to the Reynolds Center on Thursday, it will be a rematch of an overtime battle from Jan. 26 that saw the Golden Hurricane come out victorious.

Houston had won five straight before suffering a 64-62 setback at Cincinnati on Saturday and junior guard DeJon Jarreau was involved in a biting incident that has forced a one-game team suspension.

USC and Arizona are among five teams bunched at the top of the Pac-12 standings with three losses heading into the second half of conference play. The Trojans, who are 5-2 in true road games this season, travel to Tucson on Thursday night to face the resurgent Wildcats.

After ending a three-game losing streak with an impressive win over Oregon, Stanford looks to carry that momentum into Thursday’s road matchup against Utah. The Cardinal are tied for fourth place in the wide-open Pac-12 race and hope they’ve rediscovered their rhythm from early in the season, when they opened with seven straight wins.
UCLA at Arizona State 11:00 PM ET
UCLA has climbed back into the Pac-12 race by following the lead of first-year coach Mick Cronin, who was known for his sideline intensity over 13 seasons at Cincinnati. The Bruins have won four of their last five games and look to take another step forward on Thursday against host Arizona State, which is coming off an impressive win at Washington.
Loyola Marymount at Gonzaga 11:00 PM ET
No. 2 Gonzaga survived its first real serious challenge in almost two months when it rallied for a 83-79 West Coast Conference victory at San Francisco on Saturday. The Bulldogs now return home and put their 15-game winning streak on the line when they face Loyola Marymount on Thursday.
