Preview Roundups
January 14, 2018
Houston at East Carolina 2:00 PM ET
Houston will try to continue its hot shooting when it visits East Carolina for American Athletic Conference action on Sunday afternoon. The Cougars broke the league record with 18 3-pointers in Thursday's win against Tulsa, although leading scorer Rob Gray brushed off the accomplishment.
Northwestern at Indiana 4:30 PM ET
Indiana looks to win three consecutive games for the first time since late November when it hosts Northwestern on Sunday. The Hoosiers upended Minnesota 75-71 on Jan. 6 before edging Penn State 74-70 at home on Tuesday to move three games over .500 for the first time this season, and they hope to take another step in the right direction under first-year coach Archie Miller by beating the Wildcats in Bloomington for the third straight time.
NC State at Virginia 6:00 PM ET

Teams playing much better than what the pundits predicted meet Sunday when North Carolina State visits No. 3 Virginia. The one-loss Cavaliers were unranked and projected by most to be a middle-of-the pack squad in the mighty ACC, while the Wolfpack were picked to finish among the bottom-feeders under first-year coach Kevin Keatts before beating Duke and Clemson - their first consecutive wins against ranked teams since 2007.

Ohio St. at Rutgers 7:00 PM ET

The conference is taking notice now as Ohio State's fourth-year junior is thriving under first-year coach Chris Holtmann, and the duo will try to keep the Buckeyes perfect in league play Sunday when they visit Rutgers.
Utah at Southern California 8:00 PM ET

USC has been short on quality depth this season, but De’Anthony Melton will not be added to the mix, as the school announced Thursday that the sophomore guard will be held out the remainder of the season due to findings from an improper-benefits investigation. The Trojans, nonetheless, have built some momentum and will look to stay hot Sunday when they host
