Tampa Bay's Ji-Man Choi has turned into He-Man Choi of late and the Rays are glad for it as they host the New York Yankees on Wednesday in the finale of their two-game series. Choi belted a walk-off home run in the 12th inning to give the Rays a 2-1 victory Tuesday that kept them one-half game ahead of Cleveland for the final American League wild card berth and moved them within a half-game of Oakland for the top spot.

Kansas City improved to 3-0 against Atlanta in 2019 with a 9-6 victory Tuesday as designated hitter Jorge Soler went 2-for-3 to raise his average to .385 with four homers and 10 RBIs in his past 13 games.
