San Diego at NY Yankees 6:35 PM ET
The New York Yankees have a chance to clinch their eighth straight series win when they continue a three-game set against the visiting San Diego Padres on Tuesday. After a 6-1 road trip, the Yankees opened their seven-game homestand with a 5-2 win over the Padres on Memorial Day.
Pittsburgh at Cincinnati 6:40 PM ET
The Pittsburgh Pirates appeared ready to put a 1-5 homestand behind them but quickly resorted to their recent losing ways. Pittsburgh attempts to prevent another skid when it visits the Cincinnati Reds on Tuesday for the third contest of their four-game series.
St. Louis at Philadelphia 7:05 PM ET
The Philadelphia Phillies had won seven of their previous nine games before a sluggish start in the finale of their road trip left a sour taste in their mouths. The National League East-leading Phillies aim to get back on track Tuesday when they host the St. Louis Cardinals in the opener of a three-game series at Citizens Bank Park.
Detroit at Baltimore 7:05 PM ET
Not even a visit from the major league-worst Baltimore Orioles could snap the Detroit Tigers out of their funk. The Tigers, who dropped 12 of their last 13 games, will try to avoid another setback when they visit the Orioles in the second of a three-game series on Tuesday.
Cleveland at Boston 7:10 PM ET
Slugger J.D. Martinez looks to continue his success against Cleveland pitching when the Boston Red Sox host the stumbling Indians for the second of a three-game set Tuesday night. Martinez entered the series 1-for-14 in his previous five games overall but launched two solo homers in Monday’s 12-5 victory to push his career totals to 20 blasts and 56 RBIs against the Indians - both the most against any team in the majors.
Toronto at Tampa Bay 7:10 PM ET
The Tampa Bay Rays are stinging the ball during a stretch of five wins in six games, bringing the team a season-best 13 games over .500. The Rays will try to keep the hits coming and earn another series win when they host the Toronto Blue Jays in the second of a three-game series on Tuesday.
San Francisco at Miami 7:10 PM ET
The San Francisco Giants are trading in the Bay Area for the East Coast at an opportune time, as the club has lost five in a row to drop a season-worst 10 games under .500. The Giants hope the change of scenery alters their fortunes on Tuesday when they begin an 11-day, nine-game swing with the opener of a three-game series versus the Miami Marlins.
Washington at Atlanta 7:20 PM ET
The Washington Nationals spent the weekend improving their record by taking three of four games from Miami, but the schedule gets much tougher starting with the opener of a two-game series Tuesday at the Atlanta Braves. The Nationals dropped six of seven entering the weekend set with Miami, and head to Atlanta at 10-16 in May to face a Braves team that has won 12 of its past 16 contests and sits eight games ahead of Washington in the National League East standings.
Kansas City at Chi. White Sox 8:10 PM ET
As difficult as winning has been for the Kansas City Royals this season, attempting to finish a nine-inning game of late has been even harder. The Royals will continue their three-game set in Chicago against the White Sox on Tuesday after Monday's opener was suspended in the fifth inning due to rain.
Chi. Cubs at Houston 8:10 PM ET
The Chicago Cubs and ace Jon Lester hope to regain their top form when they visit the red-hot Houston Astros on Tuesday for the second contest of their three-game interleague series. Lester was roughed up in each of his last two starts while the National League Central-leading Cubs have dropped four of their last five contests after Monday’s 6-5 setback.
Milwaukee at Minnesota 8:10 PM ET
The Milwaukee Brewers look to complete a two-game interleague series sweep when they visit the red-hot Minnesota Twins on Tuesday. Orlando Arcia belted a two-run homer in the eighth inning on Monday to provide the Brewers with a 5-4 win while handing Minnesota just its second loss in 13 games.
Arizona at Colorado 8:40 PM ET
The Colorado Rockies are making a habit of dramatic finishes while slowly climbing back into the National League West race. The Rockies have recorded three walk-off wins in their last four games and look to carry that momentum into Tuesday when they continue their four-game series against the visiting Arizona Diamondbacks.
LA Angels at Oakland 10:07 PM ET
The Houston Astros looked to be separating themselves from the rest of the American League West just two weeks ago, but the Oakland Athletics have quickly closed the gap. The Athletics put their 10-game winning streak on the line Tuesday when they continue their three-game series against the visiting Los Angeles Angels.
NY Mets at LA Dodgers 10:10 PM ET
Cody Bellinger used both his bat and arm to help the Los Angeles Dodgers win the series opener and looks to inflict more damage on Tuesday in the second contest of their four-game set against the visiting New York Mets. Bellinger belted his 19th home run and threw out two baserunners - one at the plate and another at third base - as the Dodgers recorded a 9-5 triumph on Monday.
Texas at Seattle 10:10 PM ET
The Seattle Mariners ended their losing streak and exacted a bit of revenge by winning the series opener against the Texas Rangers. Seattle hopes to take another step toward getting even when it hosts Texas on Tuesday for the middle contest of their three-game series.
