Cleveland at Chi. White Sox 2:10 PM ET
The Chicago White Sox aim to record a fourth straight victory for the first time this season when they host the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday for the finale of their two-game series. Yoan Moncada slugged two of the White Sox's four solo homers as they posted a 5-2 win over the Indians on Monday.
Baltimore at NY Yankees 6:35 PM ET
The New York Yankees went to Tampa Bay over the weekend and took a series from the American League East-leading Rays, pushing themselves to the brink of first place despite a roster still lacking many of its key pieces due to injury. After Mother Nature intervened in the opener of their three-game set, the Yankees will try to keep up the intensity when they host the last-place Baltimore Orioles on Tuesday.
Chi. Cubs at Cincinnati 6:40 PM ET

The Chicago Cubs have not lost a series in more than a month, and now they hope to feast on the last-place Cincinnati Reds. The National League Central rivals begin a three-game set in Cincinnati on Tuesday.

NY Mets at Washington 7:05 PM ET
The Washington Nationals limp home to face the New York Mets in a three-game series beginning Tuesday following a 3-7 road trip. Washington settled for a four-game split at Dodger Stadium after nearly getting no-hit in a 6-0 loss Sunday and is eight games below .500 for the first time since 2011, raising the club's frustration level.
Milwaukee at Philadelphia 7:05 PM ET
The Philadelphia Phillies have bolstered their lead atop the National League East with wins in three straight and 11 of their last 15 contests. The Phillies aim to continue their torrid ascent on Tuesday, when they play the second contest of their four-game series versus the visiting Milwaukee Brewers, who have lost three in a row.
Colorado at Boston 7:10 PM ET
The Boston Red Sox had the best offense in baseball while they were cruising to the best record and a World Series title in 2018, and the bats are starting to catch up to that pace again in 2019. The Red Sox will try to bash their way to a sixth consecutive victory when they host the Colorado Rockies in the opener of a two-game interleague series Tuesday.
Tampa Bay at Miami 7:10 PM ET
The Tampa Bay Rays squandered a chance to keep some distance between themselves and the rest of the American League East over the weekend while dropping two of three at home to the New York Yankees. The Rays will try to bounce back against the worst team in the majors when they visit the in-state rival Miami Marlins on Tuesday in the opener of a two-games interleague series.
Houston at Detroit 7:10 PM ET
The machine that is the Houston offense takes aim at a struggling fill-in starter when the Astros continue a three-game series against the host Detroit Tigers on Tuesday. Lefty Ryan Carpenter, who owns a 7.90 ERA in seven career appearances for the Tigers, will try to slow down a Houston lineup that slugged four more home runs in an 8-1 win to begin the series Monday night.
St. Louis at Atlanta 7:20 PM ET
Mike Shildt continues to preach patience, but the St. Louis Cardinals manager knows his team must play better starting with Tuesday’s opening game of a six-game road trip at the Atlanta Braves. The Cardinals have lost nine of their past 11 games to sink to fourth place in the National League Central after Sunday’s 10-6 home loss to Pittsburgh, are hitting .238 in that stretch while scoring one run or fewer six times, and have allowed 10 or more runs on three occasions.
LA Angels at Minnesota 7:40 PM ET
The Los Angeles Angels look to reach the .500 mark for the first time in almost a month, after producing a 15-hit performance, when they visit the Minnesota Twins on Tuesday night for the middle contest of a three-game set. Shohei Ohtani belted his first homer of the season while Mike Trout was among three players with three hits as the Angels (20-21) registered a 5-4 victory in Monday’s series opener.
Texas at Kansas City 8:15 PM ET
The Texas Rangers may find the waters a bit calmer when they visit the Kansas City Royals for a three-game series beginning Tuesday after getting outscored 33-11 in losing four straight to Houston over the weekend. Kansas City (14-27) has the second-worst record in baseball and hasn't won a series since sweeping Cleveland from April 12-14.
Pittsburgh at Arizona 9:40 PM ET
The Arizona Diamondbacks received contributions from up and down their lineup in the series opener to halt their second three-game losing streak in eight days. Arizona looks to even its record through the first six contests of its 10-game homestand when it continues its three-game set against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday.
Toronto at San Francisco 9:45 PM ET
Pablo Sandoval has adjusted nicely to a part-time role for the San Francisco Giants, although the Toronto Blue Jays would have probably preferred if he came off the bench in their two previous meetings this season. After another solid day at the plate in his last game, the two-time All-Star looks to continue tormenting Toronto when the Giants host the first of two interleague games Tuesday in San Francisco.
San Diego at LA Dodgers 10:10 PM ET
The Los Angeles Dodgers were two strikes away from winning three straight one-run games in San Diego earlier this month before the Padres showed the kind of resilience they are going to need if they hope to remain in the National League West race all season long. The Padres attempt to chip away at the four-game gap between them and the Dodgers beginning on Tuesday when they visit Los Angeles for the first of two games between the division rivals.
Oakland at Seattle 10:10 PM ET
The Seattle Mariners were one strike away from having a dismal losing stretch continue but instead are in position to sweep a two-game set from the visiting Oakland Athletics on Tuesday. Seattle pushed across two runs in the bottom of the 10th inning for a 6-5 victory on Monday - just its third win in its last 15 contests.
