Thomas Harley scored at 2:16 of overtime to give the Dallas Stars a 4-3 victory against the visiting Seattle Kraken on Monday night.

Matt Duchene had two goals and an assist and Jason Robertson also scored for the Stars, who extended their point streak to four games (3-0-1) and moved into a first-place tie with Colorado in the Central Division. Joe Pavelski added two assists and goaltender Scott Wedgewood, filling in for the injured Jake Oettinger, made 35 saves to improve to 7-1-2 this season.

Matty Beniers and newcomer Tomas Tatar each had a goal and an assist and Eeli Tolvanen also scored for the Kraken, who also have points in four straight games (2-0-2). Goalie Joey Daccord, making his fifth straight start for the injured Philipp Grubauer, stopped 24 of 28 shots.

Harley's winner came on a tip-in at the left post after a nifty pass from Duchene, who corralled the puck near the right faceoff circle.

Tolvanen scored on a scramble in front of the net with 21.8 seconds remaining in regulation and the goalie pulled for an extra attacker to tie the score at 3-3. Oliver Bjorkstrand's initial shot hit the crossbar, with the puck bouncing off the back of teammate Alex Wennberg and falling to the ice, allowing Tolvanen to swipe it into the net.

The Stars took a 2-0 lead in the first period on a pair of odd-man rushes.

Duchene opened the scoring just 1:14 into the game, taking a return pass from Tyler Seguin on a two-on-one breakaway from center ice.

Robertson doubled the advantage at 10:20 on a three-on-two, taking a pass from Pavelski and putting a shot into the lower left corner of the net.

Tatar, playing in just his second game since being acquired from Colorado on Friday, got the Kraken on the board 32 seconds into the second, sneaking a rebound of a Beniers shot on a two-on-one rush past Wedgewood.

Duchene scored his second goal at 6:20 of the second with an extra attacker on the ice for 59 seconds as Seattle was facing a delayed penalty. Pavelski got the puck at the left point and threaded a diagonal pass to Duchene for a one-timer from the bottom of the right faceoff circle into the open side of the net.

Beniers pulled Seattle within 3-2 at 13:48 of the second. Jordan Eberle stole the puck from Dallas defenseman Jani Hakanpaa along the right-wing boards on the forecheck and fed Beniers in the slot for a one-timer.

Kraken forwards Pierre-Edouard Bellemare and Jared McCann both suffered injuries in the second period and didn't return.
