D'Onta Foreman and Ryan Tannehill ran for one touchdown apiece, and Tennessee intercepted Trevor Lawrence four times in the second half Sunday as the Titans defeated visiting Jacksonville 20-0, sending the Jaguars to their fifth straight defeat.
Tennessee limited Jacksonville to 8 rushing yards while registering its first shutout since blanking the New York Giants 17-0 on Dec. 16, 2018.
Tannehill completed 20 of 31 for 191 yards for the Titans (9-4), who are 4-0 after a bye week in Mike Vrabel's four seasons as coach. Tennessee owns a two-game lead in the AFC South over Indianapolis, which has a bye this week.
Lawrence, who entered the game having thrown 10 interceptions, was 24 of 40 for 221 yards on Sunday, with four interceptions for Jacksonville (2-11).
The Titans had the ball for nearly 37 minutes and converted 22 first downs compared with Jacksonville's 9.
Jacksonville fell to 0-8 at Tennessee since the Jags' last victory there in 2013.
Randy Bullock's 29-yard field goal with 2:20 left -- the final score of the game -- was set up by Buster Skrine's interception deep in Jacksonville territory.
Kristian Fulton intercepted Lawrence at the Tennessee 18 with 11:01 left in the game, and Jayon Brown picked off the rookie at Tennessee's 31 late in the third quarter.
Tennessee linebacker Rashaan Evans, who missed the previous five games with an ankle injury, intercepted Lawrence to stop Jacksonville's first second-half possession at the Titans' 44.
Tennessee's Julio Jones returned after missing the previous three games with a hamstring injury. He was targeted six times and had four catches for 33 yards.
Tannehill scrambled 5 yards for a score to increase Tennessee's lead to 17-0 with 2:51 remaining in the third quarter.
The Titans held a modest 10-0 halftime lead after dominating the first 30 minutes. Tennessee significantly outperformed Jacksonville in the half in total yards (162-84), first downs (15-4), offensive plays (36-19) and time of possession (19:02 to 10:58).
Foreman's 5-yard TD run culminated a 10-play, 74-yard drive on the game's first possession to give Tennessee a 7-0 lead at 10:03. It was Foreman's first TD of the season.
Bullock, who missed a 47-yard attempt earlier, nailed a 44-yard field goal to increase Tennessee's advantage to 10-0 with 3:10 remaining in the half.
Both quarterbacks played well in the first half, with Tannehill 12 of 17 for 107 yards and Lawrence 10 of 12 for 93 yards. Neither threw an interception.
