Eagles 43, Titans 24: LeSean McCoy ran for 130 yards and a touchdown and Darren Sproles also had a rushing score as Philadelphia extended its home winning streak to 10 games.

Josh Huff had a 107-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to open the game and fellow rookie Jordan Matthews racked up six catches for 77 yards for the Eagles (8-3), who rolled up 462 yards of offense. Mark Sanchez found nine receivers as part of a 30-of-43 performance in which he passed for 307 yards - his franchise record-tying third straight 300-yard game - with a touchdown and two interceptions.

Rookie quarterback Zach Mettenberger went 20-of-39 for a career-high 345 yards with two TDs and an interception as Tennessee (2-9) lost for the fifth straight game. Tight end Delanie Walker contributed five catches for a season-high 155 yards while Justin Hunter caught a scoring pass for the Titans.

Huff's first career touchdown and Sproles' 4-yard scoring run less than four minutes later sparked the Eagles to a 17-0 lead after one quarter. The Titans scored three times in the second quarter, including Mettenberger's 40-yard TD pass to Hunter, to get within 27-17 at intermission.

Sanchez's well-thrown 14-yard TD pass to James Casey accounted for all the points in the third quarter and Cody Parkey tacked on three field goals in the fourth quarter to give Philadelphia its second 40-point performance in the last three weeks. McCoy finished at 6.2 yards per carry while rookie Bishop Sankey struggled on the ground for Tennessee, managing just 37 yards on 10 carries.

GAME NOTEBOOK: McCoy, who entered with only two 100-yard rushing games this season after leading the league in rushing a season ago, reached 100 yards on 14 carries in the first half alone. ... The Eagles' third-quarter touchdown was set up by a fumble by Tennessee C Brian Schwenke, who caught a deflected pass by Mettenberger and ran six yards before getting stripped. ... RBs Shonn Greene and Dexter McCluster had the other two TDs for the Titans.
