Ky Bowman scored 20 of his 25 points in the second half as Boston College recorded a 66-59 victory over Louisville on Wednesday in Chestnut Hill, Mass.

Bowman also had 12 rebounds to notch his eighth double-double of the season for the Eagles (14-13, 5-10 Atlantic Coast Conference), who posted just their third win in nine games overall. Boston College also snapped a six-game losing skid in the series.

Nik Popovic chipped in with 16 points and nine rebounds, and Jordan Chatman added seven points in his return from a one-game absence after aggravating a finger injury in the previous contest.

Steven Enoch had a season-high 22 points on 9-for-17 shooting from the field for the Cardinals (18-11, 9-7), who have dropped three in a row and five of their past six games. Jordan Nwora, who had a career-high 32 points in an 80-70 victory versus the Eagles on Jan. 16, finished with just 13 on 4-of-10 shooting.

Bowman drained a 3-pointer to give Boston College a 56-53 lead with 2:30 to play. The Eagles' Steffon Mitchell then stole the ball from Christen Cunningham before feeding Jared Hamilton for a layup.

Bowman made three free throws, the last of them pushing the advantage to 61-53 with 43 seconds left. Cunningham answered with a driving layup, but Louisville was unable to get closer than six the rest of the way.

Chatman came off a screen and drilled a shot from the foul line to give Boston College a 53-51 lead with 3:22 to play before Enoch answered on the next possession by getting an offensive rebound before converting in the paint.

Both teams struggled mightily from the floor in the first half. Louisville finished 9 of 32 from the field and 2 of 11 from 3-point range while Boston College went 8 of 31 and 2 of 12, respectively.

The Cardinals, however, went on a 9-0 run in the last 5:38 to claim a 23-22 lead at intermission. Dwayne Sutton capped the surge by grabbing a long rebound before gliding in for an uncontested layup.
