Kario Oquendo made the go-ahead 3-pointer with 2:20 left and scored all 15 of his points in the second half, lifting Georgia to a 62-58 victory over host Ole Miss in Southeastern Conference play on Saturday at Oxford, Miss.

Oquendo, who scored the Bulldogs' final 12 points in the final 5:21, finished 5 of 10 from the field -- including 3 of 4 from 3-point range.

Terry Roberts scored 14 points to go along with a team-high seven rebounds and five assists. Braelen Bridges and Justin Hill added eight points apiece.

The Bulldogs (13-4, 3-1) shot 21 of 59 (35.6 percent) from the field, including 7 of 22 (31.8 percent) from 3-point range. They also went 13 of 14 from the free-throw line.

Georgia, which has won six of its past seven games, outrebounded the Rebels 33-28.

Ole Miss (8-9, 0-5), which has dropped six straight games, was led by Matthew Murrell, who had 13 points, four rebounds and four assists.

Amaree Abram finished with 12 points, a team-high five assists and two rebounds. Jaemyn Brakefeld and Jayveous McKinnis each finished with seven points and six rebounds.

The Rebels shot 25 of 59 (42.4 percent) from the field, including an abysmal 3 of 19 (15.8 percent) from beyond the arc.

Trailing 54-50 with 5:44 remaining, Oquendo's dunk made it a two-point game before McKinnis' layup pushed Ole Miss' lead to 56-52 with 4:19 to play.

Oquendo's layup pulled Georgia to within 56-54 before his 3-pointer gave Georgia a lead it wouldn't relinquish.

Oquendo's second straight 3-pointer pushed Georgia's lead to 60-56 with 1:04 remaining.

After Murrell's layup cut Georgia's edge to 60-58 with 42 seconds remaining, Oquendo secured the win by making two free throws with 3.1 seconds to go to provide the final margin.

Neither team led by more than three points during a tightly contested first half that ended with Georgia ahead 30-29.
