Drew Peterson, the conference's reigning Player of the Week, added 14 points, seven assists and six rebounds for the Trojans (22-4, 11-4 Pac-12), who posted their third straight victory.

USC's leading scorer this season, Isaiah Mobley, returned after missing two games with concussion-like symptoms after sustaining a broken nose Feb. 5 at Arizona. Mobley wore a face mask and finished with 12 points and a game-high eight assists.

Terrell Brown Jr., the conference's leading scorer, had 23 points, six assists and five rebounds for the Huskies (13-11, 8-6), who lost consecutive conference games for the first time this season after falling to then-No. 4 Arizona 92-68 on Saturday. The Huskies will face a third ranked team in a row Saturday when they visit No. 13 UCLA.

Washington's Emmitt Matthews Jr. added 20 points and seven rebounds.

The Trojans led by as many as 23 points before Washington went on an 11-0 run to pull within 64-42 with 9:53 left. The Huskies were never able to get within single digits after the intermission, with the final score the closest margin of the second half.

The Trojans used three big runs to take a 42-25 halftime lead.

Trailing 12-7, USC scored eight straight points, six by Goodwin, to take the lead.

After the Huskies tied it at 20-all, Peterson made a driving layup, finishing with an underhanded scoop, with 8:24 left to spark an 8-1 run.

The Trojans closed the half with an 11-0 run, holding the Huskies scoreless for the final 3:49, to extend the advantage to 17. A 3-pointer by Peterson started the run and he capped it with a jumper with 14 seconds left.

USC shot 48.4 percent (30 of 62) from the field overall while limiting Washington to 36.7 percent (22 of 60). The Trojans recorded assists on 28 of their 30 field goals.
