No. 15 Cincinnati 50, South Florida 45: Sean Kilpatrick scored 18 points, including the final eight for Cincinnati, as the surging Bearcats defeated the visiting Bulls.

Justin Jackson added 15 points, six rebounds, three blocks and a pair of steals for Cincinnati (21-2, 10-0 AAC), which extended its winning streak to 14 games. The Bearcats overcame poor shooting from the field (33.3 percent) and 3-point range (4-of-17), thanks in part to 12 offensive rebounds and 12-of-13 free-throw shooting.

South Florida (11-11, 2-7), one of the nation's worst 3-point shooting teams, made just 1-of-11 from long range in losing for the fifth time in six games. Chris Perry paced the Bulls with 13 points and seven rebounds off the bench.

Cincinnati jumped out to an 11-2 lead that included three baskets by Jackson and a 3-pointer by Ge'Lawn Guyn before settling for a 24-18 lead at the half. However, the Bearcats only made one bucket over the first six minutes of the second half, as South Florida rallied to take its first lead, 27-26, on a layup by Perry.

After Victor Rudd's jumper with 6 1/2 minutes to play put the Bulls ahead 41-38, the Bearcats scored the next eight points - including a layup and four free throws by Kilpatrick - to go ahead for good. Kilpatrick's layup with 1:45 pushed the lead to 48-44 and South Florida missed three 3-pointers and a free throw down the stretch.
