Texas A&M 91, Mississippi Valley State 67: Kourtney Roberson scored a career-high 24 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the host Aggies beat the Delta Devils.

Alex Caruso and Jamal Jones scored 14 points apiece for Texas A&M (2-0), which won its second straight game by 24 points. Antwan Space recorded eight points and six rebounds for the Aggies, who shot 60.3 percent from the field.

Anthony McDonald led the way with 21 points, including four 3-pointers for Mississippi Valley State (0-2). Darryl Marshall chipped in with 13 points as the Delta Devils fell to 0-3 all-time against the Aggies.

Texas A&M jumped out to a 15-4 lead with all five starters scoring in the first five minutes of the game. The Aggies led by as much as 17 before McDonald keyed a 22-12 run that cut the deficit to 42-35 at the break.

Texas A&M saw its lead dwindle to one after McDonald's three-point play early in the second half before it pulled away with a 10-2 spurt. Jones then scored seven straight points to give the Aggies a 75-63 advantage, and they were never threatened again.
