No. 7 Gonzaga 65, San Diego 63: Elias Harris scored 18 points and blocked a potential game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer as the visiting Bulldogs continued their dominance in the West Coast Conference and became the first team in the nation to win 21 games.

Gonzaga, which is off to its best WCC start since going undefeated in 2008-09, got all it could ask for from the Toreros, who hadn't beaten a ranked team since 2009. The Bulldogs (21-2, 8-0 WCC) needed a 10-2 run in the second half to take the lead for good on a Kelly Olynyk layup with 3:14 to play.

Olynyk finished with 15 points but missed the front-end of a one-and-one with eight seconds to play. San Diego raced the ball down the court before Ken Rancifer's desperation 3-pointer was blocked by Harris, giving the Bulldogs their fourth straight win.

Johnny Dee led San Diego (11-12, 4-4) with a game-high 21 points. He scored 14 straight Toreros points midway through the second half as San Diego took a 59-57 lead. Chris Anderson had nine points and a season-high 11 assists for the Toreros, who haven't beaten Gonzaga since 2008.

Harris had 13 points in the first half as the Bulldogs used a 12-1 run to take a 36-27 lead into the break. Gary Bell Jr. had 13 points for the Bulldogs. David Stockton finished with only three points, but his driving layup with 57 seconds to play turned out to provide the game-winning margin.

GAME NOTEBOOK: San Diego took a 55-53 lead following a technical foul on Gonzaga coach Mark Few as Dee hit both free throws and then nailed a 3-pointer with 9:24 to go. ... Dennis Kramer picked up his fourth foul with 17 minutes left. He had eight points and San Diego trailed by four before he went to the bench. Kramer finished with 10 points. ... Gonzaga had won its past three games by an average of 25 points.
