Colorado 70, California 59: Carlon Brown scored 17 points and the Buffaloes pulled away in the second half to advance to the championship game of the Pac-12 tournament.

Leading by one at halftime, sixth-seeded Colorado (22-11) went on a 19-4 run to lead by 13 with 4:06 to play. Brown's steal and windmill dunk with 59 seconds left gave Colorado a 69-58 lead.

Brown also had five rebounds and four steals and is averaging 16.8 points in three tournament games.

Andre Roberson had 17 points and nine rebounds for the Buffaloes, who will meet fourth-seeded Arizona in Saturday’s final.

Allen Crabbe scored 18 points and Justin Cobbs added 15 for No. 2 seed California (24-9), which committed 17 turnovers and must hope for an at-large berth in the NCAA tournament.

California’s starters played 168 of 200 minutes in Thursday’s 77-71 quarterfinals win over Stanford, and fatigue might have been a factor in the second half against Colorado, when the Bears were outscored 42-32.

Pac-12 Player of the Year Jorge Gutierrez, who was held scoreless by Colorado on Feb. 26, shot only 4 of 10 from the field for 10 points.

Four Colorado players scored in double figures, including Austin Dufault (15) and Nate Tomlinson (10). The Buffaloes shot 50 percent (25 of 50) from the field and won despite being outrebounded 31-25.
