Delon Wright poured in a career-high 28 points and the host Detroit Pistons snapped a four-game losing streak with a 119-104 win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday.

Wright, whose previous career best was 26 points in 2019, added nine assists and seven rebounds. Jerami Grant supplied 25 points, eight rebounds and five assists, while Wayne Ellington tossed in 20 points as Detroit avenged a loss to Philadelphia two nights earlier.

Josh Jackson added 12 points and Mason Plumlee chipped in 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Tobias Harris' 25 points and seven rebounds led the Sixers. Tyrese Maxey had 17 points and three steals and Tony Bradley added 12 points with nine rebounds.

Sixers star Joel Embiid did not play due to back soreness. He had 33 points and 14 rebounds in the team's 114-110 win on Saturday.

Pistons sixth man Derrick Rose missed his second consecutive game due to knee soreness.

Grant and Ellington scored 14 points apiece as the Pistons raced to a 64-50 halftime lead.

The Pistons jumped out to a 17-4 lead in the first four minutes and held the lead the rest of the way. Philadelphia closed the gap to five points a couple of times in the second quarter but Detroit stretched the lead to as much as 17 late in the half.

Philadelphia scored eight unanswered points early in the third with the aid of two Plumlee turnovers. Wright and Ellington made 3-pointers midway through the quarter to push Detroit's lead to 15, 76-61.

The Sixers cut the deficit to seven, 80-73, on a Shake Milton basket. A Wright three-point play and Sekou Doumbouya 3-pointer helped Detroit make it 89-75 by the end of the quarter.

A corner 3-pointer by Doumbouya made it 99-83 with nine minutes left.

Jackson was ejected with 7:33 remaining after picking up a technical and flagrant foul. However, the Sixers did not convert the free throws.

Grant made two free throws with 4:50 to go for a 106-90 Pistons lead.

Wright established his career high on a 3-pointer with 2:05 left.
