Buddy Hield compiled 18 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Sacramento Kings to a 103-99 road win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday night.

Delon Wright came up with a pair of big blocks in the game's closing moments to help the Kings hold off a furious Thunder run.

Wright, starting in place of Tyrese Haliburton (knee), scored the Kings' only two field goals in the final 5:40.

The final one was a reverse layup with 18 seconds left to extend the lead to three.

Isaiah Roby's potential game-tying 3-point attempt with less than 10 seconds banked off the rim. Sacramento grabbed the rebound, and Richaun Holmes made one of two foul shots to seal the Kings' third consecutive win. Sacramento has won six of its past nine immediately after a nine-game losing streak.

The Thunder lost their fourth consecutive game and fell for the 21st time in 23 games.

Sacramento led by 17 in the third quarter, but the Thunder didn't go away.

Hield put the Kings up by 13 with his fifth 3-pointer just past the midpoint of the fourth quarter before Sacramento went cold from the floor.

The Kings missed eight consecutive shots as the Thunder reeled off an 11-0 run, capped by a Moses Brown tip-in with 1:47 to go. It was one of seven offensive rebounds for Brown, who finished with 17 total rebounds and six points.

Wright snapped the stretch with a steal in the backcourt and a layup on the other end.

The Thunder cut the deficit to one on Darius Bazley's three-point play with 1:09 remaining, but Oklahoma City missed its final four shots.

Terence Davis finished with 18 points for the Kings (28-37). Sacramento had seven players score in double figures. Wright had 13 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists.

Bazley led the Thunder (21-45) with 24 points, and he grabbed 11 rebounds. Gabriel Deck scored a career-high 16 off the bench. Luguentz Dort was 3 of 16 from the floor en route to 10 points.

The game was the first between the teams this season, as they will meet twice more in the next week.

Thunder rookie Aleksej Pokusevski missed the game due to a left knee contusion.
