Clippers 110, Wizards 103: Blake Griffin contributed 29 points and nine rebounds as Los Angeles came through down the stretch and held off visiting Washington.

Jamal Crawford added 21 points off the bench and J.J. Redick scored 20 for the Clippers, who have won four straight. Darren Collison collected 16 points and nine assists while DeAndre Jordan piled up 14 points, 17 rebounds and a pair of key blocks for Los Angeles.

Bradley Beal scored 20 points and John Wall had 19 to go with 11 assists as the Wizards dropped to 0-6 when having a chance to pull above .500. Nene recorded 14 points and eight rebounds while Trevor Ariza struggled to 13 points for Washington, which went 3-for-22 from beyond the arc.

The Clippers led 97-90 midway through the fourth before Wall and Nene combined on a 7-1 run to cut the deficit to one point. Collison’s layup pushed it back to 102-99 with 2:47 to play and Jordan blocked two shots on the ensuing possession before hitting four free throws in a 19-second span to help Los Angeles put it away.

The Clippers used a 9-2 run late in the second quarter to take a 58-47 lead and kept that 11-point gap at the half. Griffin scored six points during a 10-5 run to begin the third before the Wizards began to crawl back into the game, cutting the deficit to seven points after three periods and pushing as close as 81-80 1 1/2 minutes into the fourth.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Clippers, who were returning home after a seven-game road trip, improved to 19-3 in their own building. … Jordan has hauled in double-digit rebounds in 25 straight games and posted his eighth double-double in the last 12 contests. … Beal has put together back-to-back 20-point outings for the first time since hitting the mark in three straight from Nov. 16-20.
