Heat 101, Lakers 95: Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh scored 23 points apiece as Miami held off host Los Angeles.

Coming off a one-game absence due to general soreness, Wade went 11-for-17 from the field while adding seven assists as the Heat won their sixth in a row. Bosh pulled down 11 rebounds while LeBron James added 19 points for Miami, which shot 51.3 percent from the field.

Nick Young poured in 20 points to pace the Lakers, who were dominated inside and connected on just 15-of-26 free throws. Jodie Meeks chipped in 17 points while Pau Gasol had 13 points and 13 rebounds.

A Ryan Kelly 3-pointer highlighted an 11-0 run that gave the Lakers a 27-17 first-quarter lead, but the Heat chipped away at the deficit before surging ahead on three straight Bosh layups - his first points of the game. Bosh capped his 10-point surge with a short jumper in the lane, and James tacked on a thunderous one-handed alley-oop dunk off a backboard pass from Wade as the Heat carried a 51-46 advantage into the break.

The Lakers seized a brief lead on back-to-back Meeks 3-pointers early in the third, but Miami responded by reeling off a 9-0 run and overcame nine consecutive points from Young - including a four-point play with 4:58 left - to lead 76-74 entering the fourth. The teams traded leads until just before the midway point of the quarter, as Norris Cole knocked down a corner 3, James followed with a driving layup and the Heat didn't trail the rest of the way.
