Tim Duncan collected 24 points and 10 rebounds and Tony Parker added 25 points and eight assists as San Antonio extended its home winning streak to 14 games and continued its dominance over Golden State.

Tiago Splitter chipped in 19 points on 8-for-10 shooting for the Spurs, who have won 16 straight overall against the Warriors and 28 in a row in the series at San Antonio.

Golden State was without Stephen Curry for the second straight game due to an ankle injury. David Lee scored 22 points, Klay Thompson had 21 and Jarrett Jack recorded 20 and 10 assists as the Warriors extended their losing streak to a season-high three games.

Thompson scored five straight points to knot it at 82-all with 7:09 left before Duncan and Parker took over. Duncan hit two straight short jumpers to put the Spurs back on top and combined with Parker for all 10 during a 10-2 burst that made it 90-84 with 2:04 to play.

Lee ended a 3:12 scoring drought for Golden State with a jumper in the lane but Danny Green responded with a 3-pointer and Parker hit a long jumper to put the game away.

The Warriors held a 65-62 lead with 5:22 left in the third quarter before the Spurs used a 16-4 burst to take a 78-69 edge. They would settle for a 78-73 advantage heading into the fourth.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Curry was a game-time decision on Friday and remains day-to-day. … The Warriors are enduring their roughest stretch of the season with five losses in the last six games. … The teams combined to go 9-for-38 from 3-point range. … Spurs G Manu Ginobili (hamstring) missed his second straight game.
