Pacers 88, Pistons 77: David West scored 13 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter as visiting Indiana pulled away from Detroit.

George Hill added 18 points and Paul George collected 15 points, eight rebounds and eight assists for the Pacers, who have won three straight.

Greg Monroe recorded 18 points and eight rebounds and Rodney Stuckey scored 15 off the bench as the Pistons dropped their fourth game in a row.

Detroit pulled to within 68-66 on Kyle Singler’s jumper with 8:59 left but went the next 6:04 without a point as Indiana pulled away. Hill buried a 3-pointer during an 11-0 burst and assisted on West’s jumper that capped the run.

West added eight more points in the final 2:36 to put the game away.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The teams combined to shoot 10 of 37 from 3-point range (27 percent). … Indiana has not let a team reach 90 points in any of the last three games. … Pacers G Lance Stephenson (ankle) sat out for the second straight game. Gerald Green started in Stephenson’s spot and scored nine points on 3-of-9 shooting.
