WIZARDS 93, MAGIC 85:
Kevin Seraphin recorded career highs of 24 points and 13 rebounds as host Washington snapped a nine-game losing streak to Orlando.

The Wizards avoided the season series sweep without the services of forwards Nene and Trevor Booker, who have missed seven consecutive games because of left foot injuries.

Seraphin dominated in the post without the presence of Magic center Dwight Howard, who sat out with back spasms for the second straight game.

Jordan Crawford sizzled in the second half dropping 17 of his 21 points, including a deep 3-pointer from the corner with 1:21 to play to put the Wizards up 89-81.

Jameer Nelson had 19 points and seven assists for Orlando.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Washington Capitals forward Alex Ovechkin was sitting courtside. … Orlando is 3-9 in its last 12 road games. … Magic guard Chris Duhon was in uniform after serving a one-game suspension for conduct detrimental to the team, but didn’t see any game action. ...
