WIZARDS 113, BOBCATS 85: Jordan Crawford scored 20 points and Cartier Martin added 19 as visiting Washington routed Charlotte in a matchup of the league’s two worst teams.

James Singleton had season-highs of 18 points and 12 rebounds, Roger Mason scored 17 points and John Wall had 12 assists as the Wizards snapped a five-game skid.

Corey Maggette scored 23 points for the Bobcats, who extended their losing streak to 12 games.

Washington never trailed while improving to 3-0 against Charlotte this season. The Bobcats are 7-48 with nine games remaining.

The Wizards hit 11 3-point baskets and led by 20 or more points for nearly the entire second half while winning on the road for only the sixth time in 29 attempts.

Jan Vesely had 11 points and 11 rebounds and Shelvin Mack scored 11 points for Washington (13-44).

Kemba Walker scored 16 points and Gerald Henderson added 12 for the Bobcats.

The Wizards scored the first eight points of the game and led by as many as 13 in the opening quarter. Washington’s halftime lead was 60-40.
