KNICKS 106, RAPTORS 87: Amar'e Stoudemire had 22 points and 12 rebounds as host New York improved to 4-0 under interim coach Mike Woodson.

Jeremy Lin added 18 points and 10 assists as the Knicks posted their fourth straight double-digit victory and beat Toronto for the sixth time in seven meetings. New York is averaging 111.0 points during the streak.

Carmelo Anthony and Tyson Chandler scored 17 points apiece as New York pulled within four games of Atlantic Division leader Philadelphia - its opponent Wednesday.

DeMar DeRozan had 17 points and Andrea Bargnani added 15 for the Raptors, who were dominated on the backboards 46-30.

Toronto got as close as eight points in the fourth quarter before the Knicks used an 11-1 surge to boost the advantage to 95-77 with 5 1/2 minutes to play.

Lin's 3-pointer capped a 13-4 spurt that helped New York open a 49-38 edge en route to a 53-44 halftime lead.

The Raptors were within seven points in the third quarter before a 10-2 burst by the Knicks pushed the lead to 67-52 and held a 79-68 edge entering the final 12 minutes.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Knicks point guard Baron Davis sat out the game with an ailing right hamstring. He was injured in Friday's win over Indiana. ... Raptors point guard Jose Calderon had 11 points and nine assists in his return to the starting lineup. He had missed five games with a right ankle sprain. Backup point guard Jerryd Bayless left the game with a hip-pointer but later returned. ... Lin had his seventh double-double of the season and second this month.
