DeJuan Blair had a season-high 18 points along with 13 rebounds to help the host San Antonio Spurs roll to a 101-89 victory over the visiting Dallas Mavericks on Friday.
Tony Parker scored 18 points while Tim Duncan had 16 points and 12 rebounds as San Antonio (34-6) won its fifth straight contest.
Dallas (26-12) lost its fourth straight game and is just 2-7 since All-Star forward Dirk Nowitzki was lost to a knee injury on Dec. 27.
Antonio McDyess had 10 rebounds to make it three Spurs with double-digit totals on the glass. San Antonio held a 51-39 rebounding edge.
San Antonio led by 15 points at halftime and took an 85-61 lead into the final quarter.
Shawn Marion had 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Mavericks while J.J. Barea and Dominique Jones scored 13 points apiece off the bench.
