Danny Granger had 20 points, 11 rebounds and six assists as the Indiana Pacers held Miami to a season-low scoring output in notching a 93-77 upset of the host Heat on Monday.

Brandon Rush scored a season-high 20 points in his second start of the season for the Pacers, who evened their record to 6-6 on the year.

LeBron James scored 25 points for Miami, which lost its second straight game. Chris Bosh added 21 points and 11 rebounds for the Heat (8-6).

The Pacers forced 22 turnovers, six by James, and limited the Heat to 38.7-percent shooting from the field. Miami scored just 13 points in the final quarter.

T.J. Ford scored 10 points of his 13 points in the second quarter as Indiana outscored Miami 35-19 to take a 13-point halftime lead.

Miami guard Dwyane Wade played despite a sore left wrist and struggled mightily, scoring just three points on 1-for-13 shooting.

The Heat also played without rebounding leader Udonis Haslem, who will need surgery to repair a torn ligament in his left foot.
