Young scored 10 points during a 16-6 closing run, scoring three consecutive 76ers hoops on two short jumpers from the left corner and laying in a nice alley-oop feed from Williams.

Phoenix scored the first five points of the second half before Philadelphia went on a 10-1 run to build a 71-53 lead. The burly Brand dropped a trio of jumpers during the spurt.

The Sixers pushed the margin to 22 points after a late third-quarter three-point play by Brand and coasted in the fourth quarter.
