Kobe Bryant ended his trend of struggling against the New Jersey Nets, scoring a game-high 32 points to lead the Los Angeles Lakers to a 99-92 road win on Sunday.

It was only the second win in the past six road games for the Lakers, who were playing the second of six consecutive road contests against Eastern Conference opponents.

Bryant, who scored 25 of his 32 in the second half, entered the game averaging 21.8 points per game in his career against the Nets, his lowest scoring average against any team.

Lamar Odom added 22 points and seven rebounds and Pau Gasol had 15 points and 11 boards for the Lakers, who went on an 8-0 run late in the fourth quarter to break open a tied game.

Brook Lopez led the Nets with 25 points and nine rebounds. Point guard Devin Harris, who missed the last three quarters of New Jersey's last game with a shoulder injury, had 16 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds.

New Jersey (6-18) has lost seven consecutive games.

The Lakers (17-7) have beaten the Nets six straight times dating back to a home loss in November 2007.
