Jake Bauers hit a three-run home run and finished with four RBIs as the Milwaukee Brewers overcame an early three-run deficit to defeat the host Baltimore Orioles 11-5 on Saturday.

Five relievers combined for 5 2/3 shutout innings and helped the Brewers to win their fourth straight game.

Rhys Hoskins also homered, Willy Adames and Brice Turang each had three hits and William Contreras scored three runs for Milwaukee.

Ryan Mountcastle, Jordan Westburg and Adley Rutschman homered for the Orioles. Westburg posted three of Baltimore's 12 hits.

The teams combined for nine runs across the first three innings and then the Brewers, who won Friday night's series opener 11-1, added four runs in the top of the fourth.

Elvis Peguero (3-0), the first of Milwaukee's relievers, went 1 2/3 innings to get the win.

Brewers starter DL Hall, a former Baltimore pitcher, made it through just 3 1/3 innings, allowing five runs on eight hits with a walk and a hit batter. He struck out four.

Baltimore starter Dean Kremer (0-1) was tagged for eight runs, six earned, and 10 hits in four innings. He walked one and fanned three.

Mountcastle smashed his second home run of the season with two outs in the first inning. Anthony Santander was hit by a pitch and Westburg followed with a two-run shot, his third of the year, to give the Orioles a 3-0 lead.

Hoskins hit a solo shot in the second inning, but the Orioles rebuilt a three-run lead on Gunnar Henderson's RBI single in the bottom of the inning.

Bauers hit an RBI groundout in the third, and Hoskins followed with a single that drove in one run and another scored on an error to tie the score at 4-4.

Rutschman hit his first homer of the season to lead off the home half of the third, but the Orioles didn't score again.

Bauers capped the fourth-inning burst with his first homer with the Brewers, his fourth team in his past three major league seasons.

In the eighth, Sal Frelick provided a run-scoring double, and Adames doubled in two more.
