Anthony Alford hit his first career major league home run with two out in the bottom of the 15th inning, giving the host Toronto Blue Jays an 11-10 win over the Baltimore Orioles on Monday night.
The game was tied 9-9 after nine innings, and both teams scored in the 12th.
Chris Davis hit his 12th home run, a solo shot, with two out in the top of the 12th, before the Blue Jays tied it at 10-10 in the bottom of the inning on Jonathan Davis' sacrifice fly.
Alford homered against Ryan Eades (0-1), the Orioles' 10th pitcher of the game.
Randal Grichuk, Brandon Drury, Davis and Cavan Biggio also homered for the Blue Jays (64-93).
Jason Adam (3-0), the Jays' 10th pitcher, tossed a perfect top of the 15th to get the win.
Austin Hays had two homers and a career-best five RBIs, and Jonathan Villar and Rio Ruiz also homered for the Orioles (51-106).
Orioles starter Chandler Shepherd allowed six hits -- including three home runs -- and six runs in three innings. He struck out two and walked one.
Toronto starter Clay Buchholz could not hold a 5-0 lead, allowing six runs and six hits, including three home runs, in four-plus innings.
The Blue Jays led 3-0 after one inning on Grichuk's 31st home run of the season. It followed Billy McKinney's single and Biggio's walk.
Drury hit his 15th homer and Davis hit his second in the second inning.
Hays hit a three-run homer in the third to cut the deficit to 5-3. The blast came after Chance Sisco was hit by a pitch and Villar singled.
The Blue Jays got one back in the bottom of the third when Grichuk was hit by a pitch and scored on a single by Rowdy Tellez.
Villar hit his 24th homer and Hays followed with his fourth of the season and second of the game to start the fifth. Justin Shafer replaced Buchholz after Trey Mancini walked. The Orioles took a 7-6 lead when Ruiz, the second batter Shafer faced, hit his 12th homer.
Biggio tied the game against Paul Fry in the seventh with his 16th homer.
The Orioles regained the lead in the eighth against Derek Law on a two-out triple by Stevie Wilkerson, a walk to Sisco and RBI singles by Villar and Hays.
Biggio's sacrifice fly and Vladimir Guerrero Jr.'s RBI single against Shawn Armstrong tied the game in the bottom of the ninth.
