Blue Jays 7, Rangers 2: Chien-Ming Wang threw seven scoreless innings to pick up his first win in over a year as visiting Toronto completed a four-game sweep over slumping Texas.

J.P. Arencibia, Colby Rasmus and Adam Lind each homered to provide the punch for the Blue Jays, who established a season high with their fifth straight win while sending the Rangers to their sixth consecutive defeat.

Making his second start since signing with Toronto on June 7, Wang (1-0) scattered seven hits and struck out five. His effort continued a staggering stretch for Texas, which produced just four runs in the series. The Rangers scored twice with two outs in the bottom of the ninth before Adrian Beltre flied out to the warning track with the bases loaded.

Derek Holland (5-4) surrendered four runs on 10 hits in six-plus innings to take the loss. He struck out six and did not walk a batter but served up two of the Blue Jays' three homers.

Rajai Davis singled to open the second and Arencibia homered one out later to start the scoring. Rasmus' third home run of the series led off the fourth and Lind hammered a three-run shot off Kyle McClellan in the seventh to make it 7-0.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Texas has been outscored 34-8 during its slide. ... Holland has given up 36 hits in 23 1/3 innings over his last four starts. ... Toronto returns home to play Colorado on Monday while Texas hosts Oakland.
