Twins 3, Mariners 2 (13): Rookie Chris Colabello hit his first home run - a two-run shot in the 13th inning - to lift visiting Minnesota after the Twins tied the game in the ninth against Felix Hernandez.

Aaron Hicks began the 13th with a single before Colabello ripped the first pitch he saw from Yoervis Medina (3-3) the opposite way over the right field wall. Brian Duensing (3-1) pitched two scoreless innings and Glen Perkins yielded a homer to Kendrys Morales in the 13th before nailing down his 25th save.

Hernandez took a three-hitter into the ninth inning before Pedro Florimon led off with a single and was sacrificed to second by Brian Dozier. Pinch hitter Trevor Plouffe followed with a single to center to score Florimon and end Hernandez's scoreless streak against Minnesota at 32 1/3 innings.

Hernandez, who is 7-0 in 11 starts since his last loss May 25, struck out 11 while allowing five hits and not walking a batter as his career-high, scoreless-innings string ended at 24 1/3. Rookie Nick Franklin delivered a two-out RBI single in the fifth for the Mariners, who lost for only the second time in 11 games.

Morales drove his 16th home run over the center field wall and Kyle Seager followed with a sharp single to right. Perkins induced a double-play grounder from Justin Smoak and retired Dustin Ackley on a grounder as Minnesota snapped a six-game slide in Seattle and won for the fourth time in the last 14 meetings.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Twins C Joe Mauer missed his fourth straight game and isn't expected to return to the lineup until Tuesday. Mauer's wife gave birth to twin daughters Wednesday. ... The Mariners placed rookie C Mike Zunino on 15-day disabled list with a fractured hamate bone in his left hand. Zunino, who is expected to miss six weeks, recorded the game-winning RBI in Seattle's three previous victories. ... Minnesota's Scott Diamond yielded one run and five hits in 6 2/3 innings to stretch his winless streak to seven games (0-4).
