Angels 7, Blue Jays 5:
Rookie Kole Calhoun capped a career-high four-hit game with his first homer - a two-run go-ahead shot in the eighth inning - as Los Angeles rallied to defeat visiting Toronto for the second straight night.

J.B. Shuck delivered an RBI triple in the eighth inning among his three hits and took a two-run homer away from Jose Bautista when he dove into the left-field seats in the fourth inning. Chris Nelson recorded three hits and two RBIs, including a double to start the Angels' three-run eighth.

Chris Iannetta threw out three would-be basestealers and added a two-run double for the Angels. Dane De La Rosa (5-1) pitched a scoreless eighth inning while Ernesto Frieri, who blew save opportunities in his previous two games, worked around a one-out double in the ninth to earn his 26th save in 30 chances.

Jose Reyes hit a two-run homer while Edwin Encarnacion drove in run for the Blue Jays, who fell to 5-10 since the All-Star break. All-Star Steve Delabar (5-2), who hadn't allowed a run in his last five appearances, pitched the eighth inning.

Iannetta gave Los Angeles a 3-2 lead in the fourth inning before Nelson increased the advantage in the fifth with his second RBI single. Toronto took a 5-4 lead in the sixth on Reyes' 99th career home run and an RBI fielder's choice grounder by Cody Rasmus.
