Rangers 14, Angels 11 (10): Leonys Martin belted a three-run homer in the 10th inning as host Texas overcame a late four-run deficit to slug its way to a second consecutive walk-off victory.

After Geovany Soto's homer in the ninth inning gave Texas a 4-3 triumph in the series opener on Monday, Martin launched a 1-2 fastball from Daniel Stange (0-1) over the wall in left field to end Tuesday's wild affair. Martin's first career walk-off hit made a winner of Joe Nathan (2-1), who overcame a pair of walks in a scoreless inning of work.

Soto blasted a three-run homer in the eighth inning and Adrian Beltre forged an 11-11 tie in the ninth with his second RBI single of the night. Craig Gentry had a two-run single and Elvis Andrus joined Ian Kinsler and Nelson Cruz with an RBI base hit while also extending his hitting streak to 12 games.

Josh Hamilton highlighted his four-RBI performance with a three-run double in the seventh inning and Howie Kendrick recorded his 1,000th career hit - a two-run single in the eighth. Mike Trout had an RBI single among his four hits and scored three times, Mark Trumbo launched a two-run homer and Collin Cowgill led off the fifth with his third blast - and first with the Angels.

After Hamilton's RBI single capped a four-run eighth, Soto trimmed the deficit with a three-run shot off Dane De La Rosa in the bottom of the inning. Beltre forced extra innings as his single off closer Ernesto Frieri plated Kinsler.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Angels 3B Alberto Callaspo was pulled from the game after being traded to American League West-rival Oakland for promising minor-league INF Grant Green. ... Former Rangers LHP C.J. Wilson, who was 7-1 with a 1.96 ERA over his previous eight starts, was battered for six runs on 11 hits over four innings in a no-decision. ... Los Angeles manager Mike Scioscia was ejected by 1B umpire Jerry Layne in the second inning after arguing a safe call.
