Marlins 8, Mets 4 (10): Miguel Olivo capped a four-run 10th inning with a two-run homer as visiting Miami completed a rain-shortened sweep of New York.

Logan Morrison had two hits and scored the go-ahead run on an error by Mets second baseman Daniel Murphy and Greg Dobbs plated a run with a sacrifice fly in the 10th as the Marlins erased a 4-1 deficit to make it five straight wins over the Mets.

Chad Qualls (1-0) earned the victory with two-thirds of an inning of relief and Steve Cishek worked a perfect 10th for Miami, which beat the Mets in 20 innings Saturday after sweeping a three-game set from them last weekend. Mets closer Bobby Parnell (4-3) was charged with three runs - two earned - on four hits in one-plus innings.

Derek Dietrich homered and was among seven Marlins with two hits apiece and Marcell Ozuna had an RBI double for Miami, which has registered eight of its 18 victories against New York. Rookie Tom Koehler gave up four runs and six hits in seven innnings, retiring 14 of the final 15 batters he faced after New York's three-run third.

Murphy belted a solo homer and David Wright had a two-run double for the Mets, who lost for the sixth time in their last seven. New York left-hander Jonathon Niese, who missed his last start due to shoulder tendinitis, gave up three runs - two earned - on eight hits in 6 2/3 innings.

GAME NOTEBOOK: New York shook up the roster following Sunday's loss, optioning 1B Ike Davis, LF Mike Baxter and LHP Robert Carson to Triple-A Las Vegas. ... Mets ace Matt Harvey, who left Saturday's start when his lower back tightened up on him, said he felt fine Sunday and will make his next start Thursday against St. Louis. ... Morrison was activated from the 60-day disabled list after rehabbing from a torn patellar tendon in his right knee and Chris Coghlan (calf) was placed on the 15-day disabled list. ... Miami heads home for a three-game set against Milwaukee starting Monday while New York is off Monday and will continue its homestand when the St. Louis Cardinals come to town Tuesday for a three-game series.
