Dodgers 6, Phillies 4: Rookie sensation Yasiel Puig singled in the tying and go-ahead runs as host Los Angeles extended its winning streak to a season-high six games.

Andre Ethier had a two-run double and Matt Kemp added a pair of hits and an RBI double as the Dodgers overcame a shaky outing from Zack Greinke to win the opener of the four-game series.

Greinke (5-2) labored through seven innings, giving up four runs and 12 hits - his highest hit total since 2005 - to improve to 4-0 at Dodger Stadium. Two relievers bridged the gap to Kenley Jansen, who worked around a two-out single in the ninth for his seventh save.

Chase Utley homered and had two RBIs among his three hits, Domonic Brown added a solo blast and Delmon Young went 4-for-4 for Philadelphia, which erased an early 3-0 deficit and went ahead on Utley's solo homer in the seventh. Phillies rookie Jonathan Pettibone allowed three runs in the first but set down the final 15 batters he faced in his six-inning stint before the bullpen coughed up the one-run lead.

Los Angeles loaded the bases against Justin De Fratus (2-2) in the bottom of the seventh on two walks and a bunt single. De Fratus got Puig to wave badly at a pair of sliders but the rookie reached and out poked a third slider into left field to plate two runs for a 5-4 lead.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Kemp, in his second start since missing four weeks with a hamstring injury, had two stolen bases in the eighth inning to set up the Dodgers' final run. ... Philadelphia acquired INF John McDonald from the Cleveland Indians on Thursday for a player to be named later or cash considerations. He is expected to join the team Friday. ... The Dodgers held a pregame ceremony to honor the UCLA baseball team for winning the College World Series.
