Athletics 6, Giants 2: Josh Reddick hit a two-run homer and visiting Oakland halted an 11-game losing streak at San Francisco's AT&T Park.

Collin Cowgill had a two-run single in a four-run fourth and bowled over Giants ace Tim Lincecum in a collision at home plate as the Athletics won in San Francisco for the first time since June 15, 2008.

Bartolo Colon (4-4) ended a three-game losing streak, allowing two runs on six hits in five innings to earn his first win since April 18.

Lincecum (2-4) had another rocky outing, lasting only four innings and giving up four runs for the third consecutive start. He was plowed over on a headfirst slide by Cowgill, who scored from second base on a wild pitch.

The two-time National League Cy Young Award winner appeared to be hit in the face by Cowgill's helmet. He finished the inning and came out for a pinch hitter in the bottom of the frame.

Melky Cabrera went 4-for-4 and Joaquin Arias and Buster Posey had sacrifice flies to give the Giants a 2-0 lead after three innings.

Lincecum unraveled in the fourth, giving up two hits and a walk to load the bases before Kurt Suzuki delivered an RBI single and Cowgill followed with a two-run single.

Reddick hit his team-high 11th homer in the sixth off Giants reliever Shane Loux to stretch the lead to 6-2.

Jordan Norberto, Grant Balfour, Ryan Cook and Brian Fuentes each threw a scoreless inning of relief for the Athletics.
