Marlins 6, Padres 3: Gaby Sanchez highlighted a strange four-run rally in the eighth inning with an RBI single as Miami completed its second straight three-game road sweep.

Jose Reyes recorded two hits and Ricky Nolasco tossed seven solid innings for the Marlins, who are 6-0 on their nine-game road trip. Miami began the trek with three straight wins in San Francisco.

With the game even at 2-2, Reyes and Emilio Bonifacio began the eighth with singles against Andrew Cashner (2-2), who recorded an out before intentionally walking Logan Morrison to load the bases. Omar Infante struck out, but Cashner walked Giancarlo Stanton to force in the go-ahead run.

Bonifacio scored on a passed ball by John Baker and Sanchez made it 5-2 with his single. After Miles Mikolas relieved Cashner, another passed ball by Baker allowed Stanton to race home with Miami's sixth run.

Nolasco (4-0) limited San Diego to two runs and five hits. He walked one and struck out three in improving to 3-0 on the road.

Edward Mujica worked the ninth for his second save of the season.

Padres starter Joe Wieland helped himself at the plate by delivering a two-out, two-run double in the fifth inning. But the rookie was unable to hold the lead as Miami rallied to tie the game in the sixth.

Cameron Maybin collected three hits for the Padres, who had won eight in a row against the Marlins prior to this series.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Nolasco has allowed three runs or less in each of his six starts this season. ... Bonifacio is a perfect 15-for-15 in stolen-base attempts. ... Wieland's two-run double came two days after San Diego starter Anthony Bass delivered a three-run triple. ... Mujica's save was the fourth of his career. His first two came in 2009 with the Padres.
