Braves 12, Phillies 6: Dan Uggla lined a bases-clearing double in the seventh as visiting Atlanta blew a five-run lead but rallied to win the three-game series.

Uggla, mired in a two-month long slump, finished 3-for-4 as the Braves beat the Phillies for the eighth time in their past nine meetings while improving to 22-8 since July 5.

Uggla snapped a 6-6 tie with a hard-hit double down the left-field line with two outs in the seventh off Josh Lindblom.

Chad Durbin (4-1) picked up the victory with an inning of scoreless relief.

Antonio Bastardo (2-4) allowed three hits, three runs and two walks in two-thirds of an inning to take the loss.

Uggla’s heroics came after the Braves blew a 6-1 lead.

After Jimmy Rollins and Domonic Brown hit back-to-back run-scoring doubles to bring the Phillies within 6-3, Ryan Howard connected two batters later off Braves starter Tim Hudson for his sixth homer of the season - and second in two nights - to tie the game.

Bastardo retired the first two batters of the seventh, but gave up a double to Jason Heyward, intentionally walked Chipper Jones and then walked Freddie Freeman. Lindblom came on to face Uggla, who brought home all three of his teammates.

Hudson, who had won his past four starts, gave up six hits and six runs in 4 1/3 innings. Philadelphia starter Kyle Kendrick lasted just 3 1/3 innings, allowing seven hits and six runs.

Michael Bourn hit his ninth homer for Atlanta in the fourth, finishing 3-for-5 with three RBIs.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Uggla has posted back-to-back multi-hit games for the first time since May 11-12. He hit just .127 in 50 games from June 6 through Sunday before going 2-for-4 Monday and not playing Tuesday. … Hudson lined a two-run double to center in the second. … Rollins and Howard each finished with two hits. Rollins connected for his 13th homer of the season leading off the first. ... Kendrick threw 50 pitches in the second, tying Zach McAllister of Cleveland for most pitches thrown in one inning this season. … Atlanta catcher David Ross stole the first base of his 11-year career in the seventh. ... Six Atlanta relievers combined to allow one hit and no runs in 4 2/3 innings.
