Braves 10, Cubs 3: Chipper Jones celebrated being named to the National League All-Star team by going 5-for-5 with four RBIs, helping host Atlanta snapped Chicago’s four-game winning streak.

Michael Bourn, one of four players vying for the final spot on the NL squad, lined a bases-clearing double down the right-field line to turn a two-run deficit into a 4-3 Atlanta lead in the fifth inning.

Jair Jurrjens (2-2), who did not allow an earned run in five innings but left trailing 3-1, picked up his second victory since returning from the minor leagues.

Jones recorded the third five-hit game of his impressive career, and the first since Aug. 11, 2002. He doubled home a run in the first and three more in the sixth. Jones, who raised his average to .313, exited the game after a line-drive single in the eighth to a standing ovation.

Atlanta loaded the bases in the fifth against Chicago starter Chris Volstad (0-7). Bourn ripped his fifth triple of the season just inside the right-field line, scoring Brian McCann, Andrelton Simmons and Eric Hinske to push the Braves ahead 4-3.

Martin Prado, who extended his hitting streak to nine games with a third-inning infield single, brought home Bourn with a sacrifice fly. Jason Heyward then lined his 13th homer of the season into the center-field seats to make it 6-3 Atlanta.

Jurrjens allowed nine hits and three runs (none earned), throwing 80 pitches in five innings. The Cubs took advantage of a Dan Uggla throwing error in the third, scoring three unearned runs. Bryan LaHair and Steve Clevenger singled home runs in the inning.

Volstad gave up seven hits and six runs in 4 1/3 innings.
